About Us

Love the Land Apparel as a project supports indigenous people, our community, and our creativity. All designs are done by North West Coast and Coast Salish artists, from Squamish, Sechelt, and more. All production is done in West Vancouver, BC. We are proudly indigenous owned and operated.

The owner, Candace Campo, is an artist, a teacher, and provides opportunities to youth. She creates a space for youth to express themselves, to learn, and to grow independently and professionally. Love the Land Apparel is a sister company of Talaysay Tours.

Founded in 2002, Talaysay Tours is owned and operated by Candace and Larry Campo, Shíshálh (Sechelt) and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation members. Talaysay Tours is an active participant of the Indigenous tourism and education sector. Our goal is to capacity build the next generation in business, tourism and education employment, while supporting culture revitalization, land-based education and reclamation.

We gratefully acknowledge that the land on which we gather and create upon is the unceded territory and homelands of our relatives – the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations. On the behalf of our peoples and our Talaysay family, we invite you to Love the Land.
